Terms of Service
Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of GymWorkoutTimer. By using the App or website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. License & Usage Rights
GymWorkoutTimer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works
- Distribute, sell, or rent the App
2. Trial Version & Unlock
- Trial version: Workouts limited to 15 minutes per session
- Unlock: Available through voluntary support via Ko-fi or Suppi/Patronite
- No automatic charges: Support is voluntary and one-time only
- Unlock process: Send Device ID via Ko-fi/Suppi message → Receive unlock code → Enter in app
3. Support & Unlock Codes
When you support us and request an unlock code:
- You must provide your Device ID correctly
- We will send an unlock code via the same channel (Ko-fi or Suppi)
- The unlock code is valid for the device you specified
- Lost or forgotten codes: Contact support at monki.appps@gmail.com
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for:
- Data loss or corruption of workout data
- Compatibility issues with your device
- Injuries or harm resulting from using the App
Health Warning: Always consult a doctor before starting any exercise program. The App is a tool only - not medical advice.
5. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the App.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for illegal purposes
- Share unlock codes with others
- Attempt to hack or bypass trial restrictions
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code in GymWorkoutTimer are owned by MonkiAppps. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms, including unauthorized sharing of unlock codes or attempts to bypass restrictions.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Polish law and the laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Polish consumer protection laws.
